Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut are not eligible for Free shipping as UPS only offers Express to these areas.

Currently UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
International & USA Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Because of the Canada Post strike we cannot ship to the USA.
Currently we only ship within Canada and the United States.

If you order from the USA
- All purchases are in Canadian Dollars.
- All orders placed on Boathousestores.com are being shipped from Canadian locations.
- No duties or taxes will be charged on orders shipped to the USA
- In rare cases, any items ordered that we are unable to ship outside of Canada will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

If you feel your parcel has been lost, please contact our customer care team via email or phone. A customer service representative will open a lost parcel ticket for you. Please note that all lost parcel tickets may take up to 15 days to resolve.
Free Returns
